We are looking for enthusiastic **Tele caller - Sales Executives** with **strong communication skills** and a customer-focused attitude. You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, introducing our ERP/POS solutions, and generating sales leads. Freshers are welcome to apply. The role offers flexibility through **work-from-home** options.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and clearly communicate the value of icube ERP/POS products
- Understand client needs and answer queries confidently and accurately
- Schedule demos or follow-up calls with the internal sales team
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and lead status using CRM tools
- Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets
- Provide timely updates and feedback to the sales lead/manager

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Any degree or diploma
- **Work Mode**: Remote / Work from Home
- **Languages**: Any regional language is acceptable (Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, etc.), but **fluency in English and clear communication** is a must
- **Tools**: Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM systems preferred

**Required Skills**:

- **Excellent verbal communication and clarity**:

- Confidence in handling client conversations over the phone
- Strong persuasion and listening skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Good organizational and follow-up skills

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
