**Job Title: Telecaller Sales Executive**

**Location**: Arumbakkam, Chennai (Work From Office)

**Working Hours**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (rotational weekday)

**Job Type**: Full-time, Contract to permanent

**Salary Range**: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)

**Experience Required**: 2+ Years

We are now looking for enthusiastic and persuasive **Telecaller Sales Executives** to join our sales team and help us connect with potential renters.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive inbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and walk-in inquiries.
- Pitch Smile Cars' offerings **rental car services**.
- Understand customer requirements, explain product features and benefits, and suggest suitable options.
- Convert inquiries into rent-a
- and follow up consistently until closure.
- Maintain daily call logs, lead status updates, and prepare performance reports.
- Achieve monthly call and conversion targets.
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers and ensure post-sale service satisfaction.
- Collaborate with field sales, digital marketing, and operations teams to ensure end-to-end customer success.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 10+2 / Any graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- **Experience**:

- 0-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or BPO.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- **Language Skills**:

- **Fluent in Tamil** (mandatory)
- Basic English (speaking/understanding)
- Knowledge of Hindi or Telugu is a plus.
- **Tech Savvy**: Should be comfortable using smartphones, basic CRM, WhatsApp, and Excel.
- **Attitude**:

- Energetic, persuasive, and self-motivated.
- Goal-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Professional phone etiquette and excellent listening skills.
