Welcome to an exciting opportunity as an Airtel Telecalling Executive at Bigfix Gadget Care LLP, where you will play a crucial role in managing outbound calls and facilitating the reverse pickup of unused Airtel devices from customers. Your exceptional communication skills will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Selected full timer's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Initiate outbound calls to existing Airtel customers to facilitate the reverse pickup of unused Airtel devices
2. Provide detailed information to customers about the reverse pickup process, including scheduling, packaging, and pickup procedures
3. Address any concerns or queries raised by customers regarding the reverse pickup service with professionalism and empathy
4. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient pickup of unused Airtel devices from customers' locations
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pickup schedules in the database
6. Collaborate with relevant departments to streamline the reverse pickup process and improve overall efficiency
7. Participate in training sessions to enhance your communication skills and stay updated on Airtel's reverse pickup policies and procedures
8. Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience with the reverse pickup service and communicate any trends or issues to management for improvement
