**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly to incoming calls, messages, and inquiries from potential clients.
- Explain the clinic’s treatments, packages, and offers in a clear and convincing manner.
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, inquiries, and follow-up actions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure seamless client experience.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about treatments and services.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold the clinic’s reputation in every interaction.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (healthcare or wellness industry preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local language.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads into clients.
