**Job Title**: B2B / B2C Sales Representative

**Experience**: 6 Months to 2 years of experience.

**Work Location**: Anna Nagar, Chennai (Near to Thirumangalam Metro)

**Working Days**: 5 Days (1st & 3rd Saturday is fixed off & All Sunday fixed off)

**Work Timings**: 10 AM to 7 PM

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B / B2B Sales Representative (English) to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect new B2B clients / B2C Customers through our own conducting Events, Seminars and Programs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
- Conduct sales presentations and demos tailored to client needs.
- Understand client business challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 6+ Months or 2 years of B2B or B2C sales experience is preferably
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
