Position: Sales Executive

Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai

Type: Full-time

Experience : Minimum 1yr Experience in real Estate Industry

**Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach efforts.

Research market trends, competitor activities, and demographic data to identify new business opportunities.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.

Provide personalized guidance and advice to clients throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- **Property Presentation and Marketing**:
Showcase properties effectively through compelling presentations, virtual tours, and marketing materials.

Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
- **Negotiation and Deal Closure**:
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for both buyers and sellers.

Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and legal documentation to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to assess property value, pricing trends, and investment opportunities.

Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights for management review.
- **Team Collaboration**:
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, brokers, and support staff to leverage resources and expertise in achieving sales objectives.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
