**ROLE: Sales Executive**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the school ERP software market.
- Generate leads through cold calls, networking, events, and direct outreach.
- Scheduling school appointments, providing demos, and closing deals.
- Attend school events and conferences to promote the company’s ERP solutions..
- Conduct product demonstrations(technical) and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts to secure new referrals and exceeding targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Understand client needs and tailor ERP solutions accordingly.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine sales tactics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in educational
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements.
- Initiates, follows up and completes the signup of new business opportunities.
- Assists in the development and launching of new products.
**SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES**:
- Is someone who is excellent in product demonstration (short and detailed)
- Is able to create a spark and interest level in a client in a very short span of time
- Creating a sales plan and proactively experimenting to improve execution
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
**QUALIFICATION**:
**BOTH FRESHERS AND EXPERIENCE CAN APPLY**
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

**Pay**: Rs.1,00,000/- to Rs.6,00,000/- CTC Per annum
