**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through various channels such as online platforms and field marketing.
- Conduct site visits with prospective clients and explain project features, specifications, and pricing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improve strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance to the management team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and support during pre
- and post-sales stages.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Business Administration / Marketing / Any related field.
- 1-2 years of proven sales and marketing experience in real estate/building & construction sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Tamil (additional languages will be an advantage).
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
