Job Title: SeniorSales& Marketing Manager

Position Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the brand's marketing strategy and execution across all channels — with a strong focus on digital marketing, food delivery platforms and customer engagement. This role will drive growth in online orders, brand visibility, and customer loyalty while ensuring consistent brand communication across all restaurant locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Brand Marketing

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Build and strengthen brand positioning through online and offline campaigns.
  • Identify consumer trends and competitive opportunities in the QSR / restaurant space.

2. Channel Management

  • Oversee and optimize brand presence on delivery platforms.
  • Analyze performance dashboards: order trends, conversion rates, customer reviews, menu analytics, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with aggregator account managers for visibility campaigns, offers, and ad placements.
  • Run performance analyses to improve ratings, discoverability, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage pricing, menu updates, and promotions in coordination with operations and finance teams.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement insights to improve service quality and brand perception.

4. Campaign & Promotion Management

  • Conceptualize and execute campaigns for new product launches, seasonal offers, and festivals.
  • Coordinate in-store and online promotions for both dine-in and delivery customers.
  • Measure ROI and effectiveness of campaigns using analytics and customer data.

5. Insights & Reporting

  • Use data from online fa, POS, and CRM to create actionable insights.
  • Generate weekly/monthly marketing performance reports for leadership.
  • Recommend improvements in creative strategy, spend allocation, and customer targeting.

6. Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead a small marketing team (digital execs, designers, content creators).
  • Partner with operations, culinary, and finance teams for integrated initiatives.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors for creative and media services.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Growth in online orders and revenue through online flat form.
  • Improvement in platform ratings and customer reviews.
  • Marketing campaign ROI and engagement metrics.
  • Brand visibility and reach across digital platforms.
  • Repeat customer rate and loyalty program participation.
  • Dine_in Trends - Sales and Quantity
  • Tracking Channel wise - Sales & Performance in terms of ROI , Traction etc
  • Conduct periodic review of the teams - all channels - DIne_in, HD , Call center
  • Monitor performance of Call center & Drive Inbound sales
  • Monitor Corporate sales and Bulk orders with customized offerings
  • Draw plans for Customer engagement across all channels
  • Drive Brand visibility in the outlets
  • Address Complaints of Customers across the channels and timely resolution
  • Monitor channel wise profitability
  • Draw and implement special initiatives during festival times

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–10 years of marketing experience, ideally in QSR, casual dining, or food delivery-focused brands.
  • Strong understanding of online ordering analytics.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, campaign management, and ROI analysis.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools ( Restaurant Dashboard, Partner Hub, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Excel).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
