**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Meet with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and goals. Offer design advice and recommend suitable options.
- **Design Development**: Create interior design concepts, mood boards, floor plans, and 3D renderings. Present design concepts to clients for feedback and approval.
- **Space Planning**: Plan layouts, select colour schemes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and materials, ensuring the design is both functional and visually appealing.
- **Project Management**: Oversee the implementation of designs, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and other team members to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct site visits to ensure designs are being implemented according to plan, addressing any issues that arise during the construction or installation phases.
- **Budget Management**: Maintain awareness of the project budget and work with clients to ensure that the design is executed within financial constraints.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay current with interior design trends, materials, and technology, incorporating new ideas and innovation into your designs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and vendors.
- Attention to detail, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
