Merito Interio is 10 years old Tamil Nadu based interior design and execution firm. Across Tamil Nadu, we specialize in interior design and execution for residential, commercial, and office spaces.

**AutoCAD Draftsman (Interior Design) and Quantity Surveyor**

We are seeking an Interior Design Draftsman and quantity surveyor to join our team.

**Salary**:

- **Experience** - Min 3 years in the residential interior design industry.
- **Salary** - 20000 to 35000 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- **Measurements** - Taking measurements of the space to prepare the drawings

**Working drawings** - Preparing detailed 2D working drawings and plans based on 3D images
- **Cut list** - Preparing cut list and optimizing it
- **BOQ** - Preparing BOQ for interior works, from the drawings
- **Excellent exposure** to residential modular interior design and execution processes.
- **Drafting softwares**: Expertise in AutoCAD and Sketch up, including advanced features such as layer management, blocks, and dynamic components, to enhance productivity and streamline the drafting process.
- **Other softwares** - Proficiency in MS Excel and any cut list softwares
- Ability to work with architects
- Should have two-wheeler with valid Driving license
- Portfolio of previous works

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Erode, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
