Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Head / Manager to lead and grow our freight forwarding business in the South, North , West region. You will be responsible for driving revenue, managing key customer accounts, overseeing operations, and leading a team of sales, operations, and customer service professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth: Develop and implement regional business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage and grow key customer accounts, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales, operations, and customer service professionals.

  • Operations Oversight: Ensure smooth operations, timely shipment execution, and compliance with regulations.

  • Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and build relationships with partners and stakeholders.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track regional KPIs, prepare reports, and take corrective actions for improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 812 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management.

  • Proven track record of business growth and team leadership.
