Position: Customer Relationship Manager

Location: Faridabad

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1st and 3rd work from home)

Experience Required: 4+ years

Client: Personal Care brand

What You'll Do:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing top-notch service.

Coordinate with customers via calls, emails, and messages to ensure a smooth, personalized, and memorable experience.

Ensure customer satisfaction by gathering feedback, conducting surveys, and continuously improving the experience.

Manage and maintain accurate customer data for effective communication, personalized outreach, and targeted marketing.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling — turning happy customers into loyal brand advocates.

Develop and implement customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs and personalized campaigns.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to create a seamless and consistent customer journey.

Use insights and metrics to improve processes and strengthen relationships over time.

You'll Need:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.

Proven experience in customer relationship management, client servicing, or account management.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn challenges into solutions.

Experience with CRM tools, data management, and customer feedback analysis.

A customer-first mindset and a knack for building meaningful relationships.
