Sales And Customer Relationship Executive

Role & responsibilities

  1. Ensure all incoming customer leads & Follow ups are connected with through calling (Avg. 100+customer call on daily basis) and lead conversion / sales maximization to achieve sales

    target and drive profitability along with other business metrics, as communicated.

  2. Maintain accurate data in CRM and generate timely sales reports.

  3. Manage the sales cycle: lead qualification, property presentations, site visits and closures.

  4. Acquiring and developing new Channel Partners & Constantly liaising with them for Sales Closures

  5. Lead high-value transactions and handle premium clientele

  6. Revenue management to ensure revenue flow through healthy customer relationships

and execution of effective marketing solutions, as launched time to time

  1. Ensure Sales target achievement

  2. To ensure smooth operations at the Office and Site venue through stakeholder management (both

    internal and external)

  3. Supervise and ensure smooth execution of Site Visit and Presentations for an excellent customer experience

  4. Convincing Buyers for entering into contracts for sales bookings on behalf of company

Preferred candidate profile

  1. At least two years of work experience in B2C/Channel Sales / Inside sales

  2. Prior experience in Luxury Real Estate/ Hotel / Automobile ( Premium Category) / Luxury Sales preffered

  3. Fluency in English and respective local language

  4. Willingness to travel

  5. Willing to work 6 days / week (weekends working, week-off on Roaster Basis)

  6. Should have a minimum of Bachelors degree .
