Job Overview:We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager based in Mumbai to drive institutional sales across corporate gifting, NGO partnerships, reseller channels, and defense canteen networks. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience and a proven ability to build strategic partnerships and achieve revenue targets.Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to resellers, corporate gifting, and NGO partnerships.- Lead Management: Identify, track, and nurture potential leads across different sales channels to maximize conversion rates.- Channel Management: Onboard and manage resellers, corporate clients, and NGO partners to expand market reach.- Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand consumer trends, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate buyers, resellers, and NGO procurement teams.- Revenue Growth: Drive sales performance by negotiating contracts, optimizing pricing, and ensuring timely product delivery.- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and provide regular sales reports to senior managementKey Requirements:- 4-6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in reseller management, corporate gifting, or NGO partnerships.- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies for diverse clients.- Strong skills in lead generation, conversion, and client relationship management.- Experience in market research, contract negotiation, and revenue growth.- Familiarity with industry regulations and sales reporting.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills )
