Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned region, managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The individual will also be tasked with analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and creating sales strategies
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market insights to drive business decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements is a plus
