Role Description

The Regional Sales Head will be responsible for managing and overseeing
Auto loan (new car loan & used car loan) sales operations for West Bengal/Bihar/Jharkhand/Chhattisgarh/Odisha.
This includes developing sales strategies, managing and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring targets are met.

Qualifications

  • Graduate - Full time
  • MBA - Full time
  • Strong experience of 8-10 years into auto loan (new car & used car)

Sales Planning

 Drive sales planning for the region on a monthly basis by cascading the zonal sales strategy and aligning the same to dealer groups and outlets

 Drive implementation of sales plan by allocating adequate resources to achieve market share, profitability and volume targets for all outlets

 Track, measure and review sales performance with respect to assigned targets on a periodic basis to ensure adherence to timelines and commitments to internal and external customers

 Gatherer outlet wise information/intelligence and propose dealer network expansions to increase penetration

 Track & execute WIRR ,PF, NFA, declined ratio, model mix on an annual, half yearly, quarterly , monthly , weekly and daily basis

 To monitor performance and targets for TLI for SMs and FEs so as to ensure company targets are met

 Drive "right product & profile mix" for a strong portfolio.

Dealer Engagement and Networking

 Maintain strong business relations with dealer partners to identify potential business opportunities and retain their interest.

 Review dealer payouts per policy guidelines on a monthly basis and ensure timely processing of the same, resolve any concerns/ issues in this regard that dealers may face.
