Job Requirements:Position: State Head - Sales (Kolkata)Industry: Oil & Gas CTC: As per Industry Standards Work Experience: Prefer 10 years of experience in retail salesLocation: Kolkata, West BengalKey Responsibilities:Drive overall sales strategy and execution for West Bengal & NortheastTake full ownership of regional sales targets and ensure consistent achievement Develop and implement plans to maximize market penetration and secure maximum market shareBuild, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team across the regionIdentify new channel partners, distributors, and business opportunities to expand the footprintBuild strong relationships with key channel partners, customers, and internal stakeholdersConduct regular market visits to understand ground realities and support the field teamMonitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior managementAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities.Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPersuasion and negotiation expertiseStrong knowledge of the retail distribution model and regional market dynamicsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Strong leadership with strategic, analytical, and result-oriented decision-making skillsSuitable candidates can also apply on recruitment@pensol.com
