Description We are looking for a dedicated and experienced State Head HORECA to join Rasna Private Limited in Kolkata. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the HORECA segment.Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to introduce new products and promotional strategies.Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in all operations.Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.
