Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to introduce new products and promotional strategies. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market analysis to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in all operations. Requirements: Prior experience in a similar role within the Food and Beverage industry, preferably in the HORECA segment.
