Job Description
- Responsible for managing key accounts and corporate salary accounts for a leading bank.
- Identifying high value-clients and developing strategies to build relationships with them
- Negotiate and manage corporate salary accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Developing long-term strategies for clients retention and making plans to implement them
- Develop and implement strategies to increase corporate salary accounts and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Researching market trends and generating more sales.
Ideal Candidates
We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager with a corporate salary for a leading bank. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and have a good understanding of the banking industry. Candidate experienced in key accounts management from BFSI, companies with team handling expereince can be an ideal fitment for the role.
