Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Corporate Sales Manager in General Insurance. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, generating leads, driving sales, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Other responsibilities include overseeing sales operations and ensuring client satisfaction through effective service delivery. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to achieve corporate sales targets and growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Expertise in Lead Generation and Sales strategies to drive revenue
- Strong ability in Customer Service and ensuring client satisfaction
- Experience in Sales Operations to streamline processes and achieve efficiency
- Demonstrated skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in corporate sales with an Insurance broking company.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused, target-driven environment
Experience
- 4-7 Years in a sales role working for an Insurance Broking company in Hyderabad.
