About the Role
We are hiring Business Development professionals to drive Corporate Sales, New Client Acquisition, and Revenue Generation in General Insurance (Non-Motor / Non-EB). The role involves building relationships with corporate clients and expanding Salasar's presence across key industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new corporate clients for General Insurance (Non-Motor / Non-EB lines).
- Drive business development, sales, and revenue targets.
- Pitch insurance solutions across Property, Liability, Fire, Marine, Engineering, Cyber, etc.
- Manage end-to-end corporate sales cycles: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, Admin Heads, Finance & Risk teams.
- Coordinate with internal placement, claims, and servicing teams.
Required Skills
- Experience in General Insurance Corporate Sales or Insurance Broking.
- Strong knowledge of Non-Motor / Non-EB products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability in New Client Acquisition and hitting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- 2–10 years of experience in GI sales or corporate BD.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
