Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Own and achieve revenue targets and growth objectives across all verticals.
- Build, lead, and mentor the sales and business development team.
- Develop aggressive sales strategies for customer acquisition and market
Expansion:
- Business Development:
- Identify and tap into new corporate sectors and partnerships.
- Build long-term relationships with key clients, procurement teams
Decision-makers
- Explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- P&L Management:
- Take full ownership of the business units Profit & Loss.
- Optimize costs, pricing strategies, and resource allocation to achieve financial
Goals:
- Monitor monthly MIS and ensure financial discipline across the sales team.
- Operational Coordination:
- Coordinate closely with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure
Seamless project execution:
- Maintain high service quality and timely delivery.
- Team Management:
- Develop KPIs, incentive structures, and performance review processes.
- Conduct regular team training and development programs.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing
Benchmarks:
- Innovate on product offerings and sales techniques.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 7-12 years of proven experience in Sales Leadership / Business Head roles.
- Prior experience in printing, corporate gifting, packaging, or related industries
Is it strongly preferred?
- Strong business acumen with hands-on P&L management.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performance sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Should have handled a business with a 30-40 Cr turnover.
