  • Maintain high service quality and timely delivery.
  • Team Management:
  • Develop KPIs, incentive structures, and performance review processes.
  • Conduct regular team training and development programs.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing

Benchmarks:

  • Innovate on product offerings and sales techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 7-12 years of proven experience in Sales Leadership / Business Head roles.
  • Prior experience in printing, corporate gifting, packaging, or related industries

Is it strongly preferred?

  • Strong business acumen with hands-on P&L management.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performance sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
