  1. Daily Funnel management, developing funnel for customers and achieving targets. Identifying Potential customers, Competitor's customers, Unhappy customers engaging with them and converting through mutual win-win approach to generate revenues by taking adequate team support.

  2. Maintain active database of key govt. officials/ dept. ministers across assigned territories and arrange necessary meetings with other team members and use it for business development activities.

  3. Collect competitor information, samples, invoices etc, understand their products CVs our products, our advantages and create customer communication accordingly.

  4. Understand new targets and organization vision and Map markets, seek collaborative efforts, collects progress reports and works towards achievement of the Annual Business Plan.

  5. Understand the HR Culture of BitChem and to work through Balance Score Card and KRA for achieving desired results and increasing leadership competencies to score good ratings in annual Performance Appraisal Development Plan (PADP) Review and avail upcoming opportunities in the organization.

  6. Maintain gross margins targets through increased brand pull and marketing push and secure operations within set budgets.

  7. Utilize MARCOM activities for engaging all stakeholders for a good brand experience in the territories assigned.

  8. Provide alert to S&M support team within least time highlighting product failures and customer complaints, if any and resolve amicably with other cross-functional team to achieve closures within timelines.

  9. Work on opportunities for inclusion of BitChem Cold Mix in all Detailed Project Reports of State/national level projects and achieve structured arrangements with states through TMA/empanelment process.

  10. Finished Goods stock management at various depots and associate points to be maintained as per settimelines and secure mechanisms for gaining market intelligence.

  11. Undertakes sites visits, develop insights, highlight success stories, updates and makes sales pitch presentations to key customer / influencers across territory to promote Brand, Product and Group related information for business and brand development

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
