We urgently need Area sales Manager for following location kindly share cvs on urgent basis- Locations - Guwahati - Position Area Sales Manager Department Retail Marketing Experience 7 to 10 years in Cement Steel Building Materials Cement Industry is preferred Should have exposure and experience of working in givenregion with a strong network base Qualification Graduation MBA Marketing preferably Responsibilities - Establish and appoint strong and reliable dealer distributor network base to ensure effective market penetration and distribution Maintain and expand dealer base by coaching SO FE Enroll the Influencers Engineers Contractors Masons and ensure long-term engagement with them through organizing MEETS EVENTS Implement strategies as a part of business goal and market penetration of TMT Bars Primary Secondary Ensure optimum utilization of CRM IT platform to effectively manage and enhance customer engagement and Interactions Prepare and maintain DSRs and present it to the senior competent authorities Coordination with Logistics Accounts department for smooth material movement and payments Resolve problems completes audits identifies trends determines sales system improvements and implements the necessary changes Meet area sales objectives by targeting and forecasting sales Skills - Proficient in techno-commercial segment Product Sales Knowledge Analytical Skills Effective Business Communication Negotiation Conflict Management Resolution Improvement Orientation Interpersonal Skills Coaching and Mentoring skills Skilled in Sales Tracking Software
