Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, strengthen our brand presence, and drive business growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on execution across digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Planning

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Define brand positioning and customer targeting strategies.

Campaign & Digital Marketing

  • Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, events).
  • Oversee SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and paid ad campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.

Brand & Communication

  • Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity.
  • Manage content creation (ads, blogs, social media posts, PR materials).
  • Collaborate with design teams for promotional assets and creatives.

Team & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and operations to align strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, media, and partners.

Performance & Reporting

  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively.
  • Track KPIs (lead generation, conversions, engagement, brand reach).
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for management review.

Events & PR

  • Organize product launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Handle press releases, PR strategies, and media relations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of proven experience in marketing management (B2B/B2C).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Analytics, CRM).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in managing budgets and delivering measurable results.
