Role Descriptio
n
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager – Project Sales, located in Bengaluru South. The Territory Manager will oversee and develop sales strategies, build relationships with architects, contractors, interior designers, and other stakeholders, and ensure the achievement of sales targets within the designated territory. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, providing customer support, presenting and promoting Greenlam's surfacing solutions, and preparing regular sales reports

Qualification

- Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Key Account Managemen
- tExcellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilitie
- sKnowledge and experience in the construction, interior design, or building materials industr
- yAbility to work independently to achieve sales targets while also collaborating with team member
- sProficient in market research, data analysis, and strategy developmen
- tStrong organizational and time management skill
- sProficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suit
- eBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields preferre
