Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and achieve loan disbursal & revenue targets.
  • Manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives/Relationship Managers.
  • Build strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
  • Ensure high-quality loan sourcing with proper documentation & compliance.
  • Track sales funnel, lead conversion, and team productivity.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and maintain service quality.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/Finance/Marketing preferred).
  • 3–8 years of experience in Loan Sales / Banking / NBFC, with at least 1–2 years in a team leader/manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of secured & unsecured loan products.
  • Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
