Role & responsibilities

  • Loan Disbursement Management:Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of various loan products within the cluster, in alignment with policy and compliance requirements.
  • Post-Disbursement Operations:Oversee post-disbursement activities including document collection, validation, system updates, and customer communication.
  • Document & Repayment Management:Supervise the management of loan files, dockets, repayment schedules, and Post Disbursement Documents (PDDs) as per operational guidelines.
  • Customer Service Supervision:Act as the escalation point for customer service issues within the cluster and guide branch-level teams to deliver high-quality service and resolution.
  • Audit & Compliance:Ensure all branches in the cluster are compliant with internal and external audit requirements. Take corrective actions and implement best practices based on audit findings.
  • Coordination with Central Ops Team:Act as a liaison between branches and the Central Operations Team to ensure alignment of processes, smooth flow of information, and implementation of new initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in operations, preferably in banking, NBFC, or financial services.
  • Experience in machinery loan operations is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of loan operations and compliance processes.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and operations-related software.
