Cluster Manager - Equipment Finance / Senior Cluster Manager - Equipment Finance 

Job Purpose 

This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. The primary purpose of the job role is to drive a team to source medical equipment finance business from sales teams of manufacturers, dealers, and distributors of medical equipment, as well as DSAs in the allocated location. The role involves maintaining relationships with partners by traveling, meeting, and building relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities- Drive the team to deliver medical equipment finance business. A team of 3-4 members will be allocated in different locations to drive the business through them.
- Drive sales of Medical Equipment Finance business in the allocated region.
- Build relationships with sales teams of manufacturers to source medical equipment finance business through them.
- Build relationships with dealers and distributors to source medical equipment finance business through them.
- Connect with regional DSAs to source medical equipment finance business through them.
- Travel to different locations for driving business.

Major Challenges- Continuously driving sales of medical equipment loans on a daily basis.

Decisions- Provide regional support to the team for deal closure and interact with the credit team for case underwriting resolution.

Interactions- Internal Clients:
- Credit team for case underwriting
- Risk team for program deviations
- Operations team for disbursing cases through branches
- Internal sales team at different locations

- Sales teams of manufacturers
- Dealers or distributors of medical equipment business

- Work Experience:  Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in the medical equipment finance industry.
