Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Marketing Representative (Textile App Promotion) based in Delhi, India.

The role involves promoting the TexInsta app across textile clusters and local markets, engaging with potential users, and driving adoption of our platform. You'll be responsible for executing on-ground marketing campaigns, building strong relationships with textile businesses, and gathering feedback from the field to improve services.

Day-to-day tasks include:


• Promoting and onboarding users onto the TexInsta app


• Conducting field visits to textile hubs, shops, and traders


• Planning & implementing local marketing activities


• Educating businesses on how TexInsta helps them grow


• Providing on-ground customer support and insights

Qualifications


• Strong skills in Field Marketing and Sales


• Proficiency in Relationship Building & Customer Service


• Excellent Communication skills


• Self-driven, able to work independently & manage field schedules


• Prior experience in the textile industry or app promotions is a plus


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred


• Two-wheeler with license for local travel is preferred

Compensation

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Additional performance-based incentives for achieving onboarding & sales targets
