
Cluster Revenue Strategist

The Lalit seeks a Cluster Revenue Manager to oversee revenue performance across multiple hotel properties in the Delhi NCR region.
This strategic and analytical role will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies, optimizing distribution channels, and driving profitability through data-driven decision-making.
A key objective of this position is to analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to inform pricing and inventory decisions.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR and GOP.
- Manage OTA relationships, rate parity, and content optimization across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue performance reports.
- Conduct regular audits of systems and processes to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 6-10 years of experience in revenue management, with at least 2-3 years in a cluster or multi-property role.
- Proficiency in RMS, PMS (e.g., Opera), Channel Managers, and Excel-based analytics.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Certification in Revenue Management or Hotel Distribution.
- Experience with tools like OTA Insight, STR, Duetto, or RateGain.
- Familiarity with Delhi NCR market dynamics and customer segments.
