Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated revenue solutions to drive profitability across all profit centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse revenue generation trends and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and maximization.
  • Develop and implement rate deployment strategies to maximize revenue and minimize displacement.
  • Support monthly and weekly forecasting and re-forecasting for Rooms, and assist in Food & Beverage and Events forecasts.
  • Monitor and manage costs using key performance indicators.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Revenue Management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen.
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems (IDeaS, Delphi, Opera PMS, etc.) and data mining tools.
