Senior Financial Strategist

Job Description:

We seek a seasoned Senior Financial Strategist to drive our financial growth by developing and executing comprehensive financial strategies for renewable energy projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial strategy, capital structuring, and fund-raising. A proven track record of success in managing relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and rating agencies is essential.

Responsibilities include leading financial negotiations for long-term and short-term loans, ensuring competitive terms and compliance, and overseeing working capital management, treasury operations, and cash flow planning.

Additionally, the successful candidate will provide strategic financial insights to senior management and stakeholders, support M&A, project finance, and refinancing activities, and ensure compliance with domestic and international financial regulations.

Key Requirements:
