Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Financial Systems Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving financial planning and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans aligned with business objectives
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning processes
- Oversee cash flow management, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial decision-making and optimize resource allocation

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional certification
- 8+ years of experience in finance, with a strong background in financial modeling, cash flow management, and MIS development
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing finance teams and driving business growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
