About the Role:

We are looking for a
Brand Strategist
to develop and execute strategies that strengthen our brand's identity and drive market growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in
brand management, positioning, and creative strategy
, with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and articulate the
    brand's core identity, values, and positioning
    in the market.
  • Develop and implement
    brand strategies and campaigns
    across multiple channels.
  • Ensure
    brand consistency
    across all touchpoints, from digital platforms to offline collaterals.
  • Conduct
    market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights
    to guide brand decisions.
  • Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Build
    brand equity
    through storytelling, engagement, and innovative campaigns.
  • Monitor
    brand health metrics
    (awareness, perception, loyalty, etc.) and recommend improvements.
  • Handle
    brand communication during crises or reputational risks
    .
  • Mentor junior team members in creative and strategic thinking.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in brand management/marketing strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of
    brand positioning, creative campaigns, and digital marketing tools
    .
  • Excellent analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to
    differentiate a brand in a competitive market
    .
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
