Senior Financial Strategist

The position of Senior Financial Strategist is a key role within the organisation, responsible for leading the finance and operations functions to support the delivery of the organisation's mission. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with experience in leading teams and developing strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to ensure that the organisation has a clear understanding of its financial position and can make informed decisions about resource allocation.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the development and implementation of budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure that the organisation has accurate and reliable financial information.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure that all financial reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring that the organisation remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 12 years of experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience in leading finance and operations functions in complex, multi-programme settings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
