As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the group's financial strategy and planning. This includes developing and executing financial plans aligned with business goals, advising the CEO and Board on financial matters, and monitoring and analyzing financial performance.

Financial Planning and Strategy

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in financial planning and strategy, with experience in developing and implementing financial plans that drive business growth. They will also have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.

In addition to financial planning and strategy, the role will involve overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting, and establishing and maintaining robust financial controls and accounting systems.

Leadership and Management

The Group Chief Financial Officer will lead and manage high-performing finance and accounts teams, promoting a culture of financial discipline and operational excellence. They will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement through training, automation, and process optimization to enhance team productivity and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
