Job Summary:
The Chief Financial Operations Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the financial function of an organization. This involves ensuring that all financial activities are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chart of Accounts: Develop, implement, and maintain accurate and up-to-date charts of accounts to facilitate timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Cost Management: Manage cost centers, prepare budgets, and analyze variances to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management, board members, and external auditors.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- ERP System: Manage and maintain the SAP ERP system, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with knowledge of ERP systems like SAP.
- Degree from a recognized university or institute.
