Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of our BSE-listed company from the New Delhi head office. The ideal candidate must currently be working in a listed company and have a proven track record in financial leadership, compliance, and strategic decision-making. Age Criteria 40+ Years Experience - Minimum 10-15 years of experience in finance, preferably with experience in a listed company. Qualifications- Chartered Accountant (CA) with expertise in: - Finalization of Balance Sheets within regulatory deadlines for listed companies - In-depth knowledge of Taxation, FEMA regulations, and GST compliance - Liaisoning with Banks and Financial Institutionsfor financial negotiations Key Responsibilities - Prepare accurate and reliable financial reports, including current and forecasting reports - Oversee and manage the company's financial systems and IT tools for accounts and compliance - Develop investmentstrategies, manage cash flow, and mitigate liquidity risks - Ensure strict compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies - Manage treasury functions, ensuring appropriate financial instruments are used forinvestments - Oversee unit accounts, coordinating closely with Unit Accounts Heads to ensure accurate financial reporting - Lead the preparation and management of MIS (Management Information Systems) reports Required Skills and Competencies - Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage diverse financial teams - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in ERP systems, TALLY, and other financial/accounting software for managing taxation, TDS, and GST-related tasks
