Lead Financial Strategist for Renewable Energy

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Lead Financial Strategist to spearhead the development of financial strategies for our renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capital Structuring and Fund-Raising: Design and implement effective capital structuring and fund-raising strategies to support project financing, including equity and debt instruments.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and rating agencies to secure project financing and optimize terms.
  • Negotiation and Risk Management: Drive negotiations for long-term and short-term loans, ensuring competitive terms and compliance with domestic and international financial regulations.
  • Working Capital Management: Oversee working capital management, treasury operations, and cash flow planning to ensure optimal financial performance.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions: Support mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and refinancing activities in alignment with our growth strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in financial strategy development and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets, financial instruments, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
