Job Title: Renewable Energy Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our renewable energy projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the world by contributing to the development of clean and sustainable energy solutions.

This role requires a strong background in renewable energy technologies, project management, and team leadership. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, and will be able to inspire and motivate their team to achieve exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues. They will also have a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously, managing project budgets, timelines, and resources, and ensuring that all projects are delivered to a high standard. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of our company's overall strategy and goals, and to provide input on new business opportunities.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Leading multiple projects at any time, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure.
  • Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources, and ensuring that all projects are delivered to a high standard.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with projects, and developing strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Contributing to the development of our company's overall strategy and goals, and providing input on new business opportunities.

Experience & knowledge:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in renewable energy technologies, project management, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
  • Proven experience in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, procedures, and generally accepted auditing standards.
