We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to assume the role of Senior Business Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing business partnerships, driving growth, and ensuring market success.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Relationship Management:
- Establish relationships with travel agents and drive sustainable performance in the region.
- Sourcing and onboarding new travel agents.
Portfolio Management and Driving Growth:
- Develop comprehensive business plans to achieve revenue goals and maintain rate competitiveness.
- Grow net revenue in the market through strategic initiatives.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Establish and maintain robust partner relationships.
- Build and analyze MIS and market intelligence reports.
Negotiating:
- Network and initiate deals with clients.
- Closing deals with clients through effective negotiation strategies.
Requirements:
A Master's degree from a reputable institute with 2-6 years of experience in Sales, Travel Trade, Key Account Management, Contracting, or B2B Sales is preferred. Experience in handling multiple accounts as a partner is advantageous.
