Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, for a Cluster Sales Manager. The Cluster Sales Manager will oversee regional sales operations, develop and execute sales strategies, and manage client relationships within the assigned cluster. The role involves achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and mentoring sales teams to ensure best practices. Additionally, the individual will identify market trends, scout for new opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch services to clients.

  • Experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Management, and achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in Team Leadership and Sales Team Development
  • Strong Networking, Relationship Management, and Client Engagement skills
  • Analytical skills to identify Market Trends and create actionable sales plans
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to work in a competitive, fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
