Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • Own end-to-end
    Profit & Loss responsibility
    for the assigned cluster.
  • Develop and execute
    business strategies
    to achieve revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
  • Drive
    top-line growth
    through expansion of product portfolio, customer base, and market share.
  • Monitor key financial metrics—sales, gross margin, operating costs, and EBITDA.
  • Optimize
    working capital
    by managing inventory turnover and credit collections.
  • Identify opportunities to
    improve margins
    through cost optimization
  • Maintain high standards of
    ethical business conduct
    and compliance with internal policies.
  • Analyze
    market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
    to guide strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with
    corporate leadership
    , finance, procurement, sales and operations teams.
