Cluster Manager - Debt Management Services - The Wheels 

Job Purpose 

This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities- Achieve collection targets assigned to the territory by meeting collection target for the states or region assigned.
- Meet the target on cost of collections.
- Ensure PI targets are met within specified cost limits.
- Ensure legal guidelines are complied with for the entire collection structure in letter and spirit.
- Ensure that the collection agencies and executives adhere to the legal guidelines provided by law.
- Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.
- Continuously monitor collection agencies and executives to identify fraudulent practices and prevent losses.
- Keep write-off percentage within risk pricing.
- Control portfolio in terms of bucket flows.
- Handle customer issue escalations.
- Provide feedback on credit policy based on market conditions.
- Approve waivers on PI as per delegation matrix.
- Ensure documented feedback and action taken on all cases in soft buckets.
- Ensure adequate Feet on Street availability area-wise, bucket-wise, and segment-wise.
- Manage and provide support mechanism for legal/police issues.
- Ensure audit queries are complied with and corrective and preventive actions are taken.
- Manage productivity by setting productivity parameters for DMA/agencies/collection executives, monitoring performance, and conducting daily reviews of Area Managers and monthly reviews of Collection Officers.
- Recruit collection officers and area managers.
- Constantly evaluate collection officers and area managers.
