Cluster Manager – Operations
to oversee day-to-day management of multiple UniLiv properties within a city/region.

The role requires ensuring
seamless operations, resident satisfaction, and compliance with UniLiv's hospitality standards
. The Cluster Manager will lead property managers, housekeeping, and facility teams to deliver superior resident experience while meeting occupancy and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations across 4–6 properties in the assigned cluster.
  • Lead and train property-level teams in operations, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Monitor occupancy, collections, and resident satisfaction metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Act as escalation point for resident concerns and coordinate with central CX team.
  • Drive cost optimization and vendor management at the cluster level.

Who should apply:

  • 5–8 years of experience in hospitality, co-living, or real estate operations.
  • Strong people management, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multi-site operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in hotels, student housing, or facility management preferred.
