Job Summary:Hotel Ramta Continental is hiring a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to lead the hotel's Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training, and shaping a positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end recruitment process for all departments
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Maintain employee records and ensure legal and labor law compliance
Coordinate training and development programs for staff
Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals
Monitor attendance, payroll inputs, and leave management
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
Act as a point of contact between management and staff
Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management or related field3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
