Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
">The purpose of this role is to enhance the efficiency of HR processes while optimizing resource utilization. This is achieved through collaboration between regional offices and headquarters to establish a culture of process discipline, accomplished by:
• Talent Acquisition
• Talent Management
• Talent Development
This opening is for the Contract Logistics vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the end-to-end life cycle management of employees, covering all aspects of HR for the region.
• Partner with the talent acquisition team to ensure optimal manpower availability in line with business needs.
• Manage new hire assimilation, facilitating onboarding, orientation, and deployment as per established structure and norms.
• Establish a communication channel to ensure transparent two-way communication between HR and employees, enhancing HR visibility and credibility in the region.
• Develop HR intelligence in the field, identifying undercurrents, and taking proactive measures to retain top performers and drive performance-oriented culture.
• Engage employees across locations through sustained employee engagement initiatives, R&R programs, and people connect.
• Champion people-related causes, handling grievances, and manager/culture-related issues.
• Drive HR initiatives in the region, including Performance Management Systems (PMS) and Training.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational and people needs.
• Ensure statutory and disciplinary compliance as per established policies and procedures.
